We have been using TerigE-nidhi, Property Management Software from Intellogic Software since 2021-22. We were able to find out the exact tax calculation for residential and Commercial Properties. There was increase in tax after using TerigE-nidhi. DCB is auto-generated which helps us reduce the burden of doing manual calculation using Excel. Day book Register helps us to verify manual register entry. TerigE-nidhi, overall is very helpful in managing the complete information of Property Tax.
